The new kid on the Edgbaston block, 23-year-old Will has arrived from Yorkshire ready to rumble and eager to compete for a place in Warwickshire's teams in all formats.
Will switched from the White Rose in search of greater first-team opportunities. He played more than 50 first-team games for Yorkshire, opening the batting at times in the championship and bowling accurate medium-pace in white-ball cricket, but wants to play regularly in all comps.
Not that he's taking anything for granted. "I know how good Warwickshire's squad is and there is a lot of competition," he said. "First and foremost I have just got to earn a first-team place."
