Honours ended even at Moseley today where the 2nd XIs of Warwickshire and Durham each won one of the two back-to-back T20s.

The Bears won the first by 23 runs after piling up 209 for three in their 20 overs. Adam Hose led the way with an unbeaten 83 from just 48 balls with seven fours and five sixes. He was supported by Ed Pollock (42, 28 balls), Andy Umeed (39, 29 balls) and Alex Thomson who added late impetus with 25 from 11 balls off each one of which he scored.

Durham were then restricted to 186 for five with Keith Barker delivering 4-0-21-1 and Josh Poysden 3-0-19-2.

In the second match the visitors batted first and were lifted to 197 for two by Matts Potts (101 not out, 49 balls) and Ryan Pringle (91, 54). Poysden put the biggest brake on the scoring with a fine spell of 4-0-23-0.

Umeed led the reply with 78 (49 balls, nine fours, two sixes) but the rest of the top order came and went to leave the Bears 90 for five. Resistance came from Thomson (25, 20 balls) and Ben Brookes who made 21 from seven balls, three of which he hit for six, but Durham closed out victory at the end of a highly entertaining day at Streetsbrook Road.
