Warwickshire Second XI will start the 2018 Championship at home to local rivals Worcestershire at the Edgbaston Foundation Ground on Tuesday 24 April.
The Bears finished second in the North Group of last season’s Second XI Championship and fourth in the North Group of the Second XI Trophy.
Four of the five home Championship games in 2018 will be played at the club’s Edgbaston Foundation Sports Ground at Portland Road, with the fixture against MCC Young Cricketers to be played at Barnt Green. The three home Trophy games will be played between the Edgbaston Foundation, Barnt Green and Edgbaston.
NOTE: The venue of four away fixtures is still to be confirmed and will be updated on the fixture list when finalised.
