What is the Warwickshire CCC Members’ Loyalty Scheme?
Our Loyalty Scheme rewards our members for shopping with us, in-store and online. When you’ve got enough points you can treat yourself to almost anything in store and online.
To start collecting points, all you need to do is link your membership card to your online shopping account. If you don’t have an online account you can resister here or you a member of staff at the Edgbaston Shop can sync your card in-store so that you can start collecting point when you shop at the ground.
4 points for every £1
Collect 4 points for every £1 you spend on almost any product in store and online. With one point equal to one penny you’ll have enough points to spend on a special treat in no time.
Q: How do I collect points with my Membership card?
A: Points can be accrued on any purchases in store or online. Customers will collect 4 points for every £1 spent at Edgbaston, with a cash of return of 1p per 1 point collected.
Q: How do I collect points online?
A: Members need to sign up for an online account at edgbastonshop.com. From there, members can link up their membership number with their online account and begin earning points. Please allow 24 hours for registration for any point migration to be processed.
Q: How do I check my points balance in store?
A: You can see your balance on any till in the club shop, Indoor Cricket Centre or online under “My Account”.
Q: How do I spend my points?
A: At check out, online and in store, you will be prompted with the option to deduct the value of accrued points from the total value of your purchase.
Q: I purchased a product using my points, am I still entitled to an exchange or refund?
A: Yes, if you are taking a product back into store, please ensure you bring your membership card which was used in the transaction so the points can be credited back on to the account. Our standard refund policy applies for the products.
Q: Who is eligible for the loyalty scheme?
A: The following membership types are eligible to be enrolled in our loyalty scheme: All Club membership packages (including Disabled Club Helper, Additional Club Card), Vice Presidents, Honorary Life, Life, WOCCA, Additional Executive Card, Associate and Senior City are all entitled to join our loyalty scheme. Please note that the Birmingham Bears Season Pass is not eligible for our Loyalty Scheme.
Q: What happens if my membership card is lost, stolen or damaged?
A: There is a £5 admin fee to replace membership cards. All points and account details will be migrated across on your new card.
Q: Can I earn loyalty points through tickets and membership renewals?
A: Not for the 2018 season. If we receive sufficient demand and usage we will look to expand our loyalty scheme into other areas of the business.
