Keith Barker is one of the most potent left arm bowlers in County Cricket. Keith’s ability to consistently swing the ball has seen him collect over 200 first-class wickets and has helped cement his place as a regular in the Warwickshire CCC first team.
Keith was a key member of the bowling attack of the County Championship winning side of 2012, and since then Keith has gone from strength to strength.
Despite Keith’s notoriety as a bowler he is also a very accomplished batsman and has scored centuries from the lower-order in 2013, 2014 and 2015, which underlines his ability as an all-rounder and if he continues in his impressive form he may still play at international level.
Eligible for England and West Indies, he has made it clear that he would be happy to represent either. Barker is the son of the former British Guiana cricketer, also named Keith, and the godson of former West Indies captain, Clive Lloyd.
